You warrant that your Submissions, in whole or in part, are clear and free of any Intellectual Property Rights infringements, disputes or third party claims. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor from and against any and all losses resulting from the use of the Entries for any purpose.

In addition to the rights granted in any Submission, if you post comments or reviews on the Site, you also grant Linlimit.com the right to use the name that you submit with your review, comment or other content, if any, in connection with such review, comment or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments and other content that you post on this site and that Linlimit.com's use of your reviews, comments or other content will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead Linlimit.com or any third party as to the origin of any submission or content. Our dresses are inspired by celebrity style and are our recreations of items worn by celebrities on your favourite television shows and red carpets, but are not authorised, endorsed or in any way associated with these shows and are not intended to infringe any registered trademarks or copyrights.

Intellectual Property Infringement Policy
It is the policy of Linlimit.com to take appropriate action where necessary to comply with all relevant state, federal and international laws in connection with material that is alleged to infringe any trademark, copyright, patent and all or any other intellectual property rights. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and Linlimit.com shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all passwords and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of the Site, in whole or in part. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including, without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising prior to the date of termination.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Linlimit.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud prevention department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting an order. Typographical Errors

Remedies
You agree that Linlimit.com's remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement would be inadequate and that Linlimit.com is entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to all damages to which Linlimit.com is legally entitled, together with reasonable expenses of any form of litigation, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees.

No right or remedy of Linlimit.com shall be exclusive of any other right or remedy available at law or in equity, including, without limitation, damages, injunctive relief, attorneys' fees and costs.

No waiver by Linlimit.com of any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall be deemed to be a waiver of any similar, future or other waiver.
